Mark Ruffley
CEO
Our Principal, Mark Ruffley, has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the Shopping Mall industry, gained across multiple territories.
Specialist in retail and mixed-use property asset management, development, leasing strategy and investment strategy, having worked on over 280 shopping malls and mix-use properties in multiple countries throughout the GCC and Southern Africa.
This experience extends to over 10,000 tenants and 5 million m2 (46m sq/ft) of rentable space, including the multi award winning Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, which was independently rated ‘World’s Best Mall’ under my team’s management whilst at MAF.
